While going for an oil change I was altered that my passenger side headlamp is out, how I didn't notice that myself I have no idea. The high beams work and my drivers side headlamps and high beam work as well.

I pulled out the lamp out module and all the solder joints look good except I notice that the gold on the pcb by joint 1 & 11 are very very faded. When I flip the pcb over I can see brownish stains under the diodes(not sure if that's the correct term). This makes me think it's burnt out and causing my issue.

Does this sound correct, should I just get a new lamp out module?

Diodes, that work, only allow electrons to flow in one direction. Take a DVM/DMM (multimeter) and set it to resistance (ohms, the little Omega symbol). Touch the black to one side of the diode and touch the red to the other side, you should register an open. If you measure a resistance the diode is bad. I had the same problem and re-soldered EVERY connection in the LOM with 66/44 solder. Solved my issue.
