I've got a '95 XLT I want to put some bigger tires on it, but not sure what will fit without rubbing, I haven't been able to lift it yet, but I need new tires and want to put as large as possible.

If anyone has an idea I would appreciate the info.

Thanks

first of all, vinnie, welcome to the site. enjoy it! there is a wealth of information on all things explorer at your fingertips! now, to answer your question, you will definitely be able to fit 31x10.50's on your truck with no problems at all. i went with 30x9.50's cuz i am stupid. i should have gotten 31's from the start. hope this helps.

RUBBING

Thanks I think I will enjoy being a part of this.

You haven't had any problems with rubbing at all, I'm trying to find out I'm putting them on this weekend and don't want to have any problems once they are done.

Vinnie,
Check out this link, the people with 16" rims can fit the BFG 265/75/r16's.

I've got 32x10.5's (265/75R16) stock with no rubbing at all. I still have to put my add-a-leaf's on, but I have been drving with them on for a good amount of time with absolutely no rubbing.
