LATCH System

My '01 Sport (03/00) doesn't have the LATCH Sytem and was curious if anyone has installed one. Does a Ford dealer have to if I take it to them and request it?

Complimentary Tether Anchor Installation Program Code R7C

They won't install the latch system. They will install the tether anchor free of charge. Ford installed two in my Mustang under the program listed in the title. They were not aware of it but once I showed all the documentation it was taken care of.
