Any thoughts, anybody used them before. Im not looking for lift out of them although i might run warriors. Looking to replace them before the snow gets deep.

Why not get your current leafs rearched? I had the sagging issue with my left leaf too. Got my stock ones rearched and the truck sits 2" higher than before.

I would but am not a fan of the monoleaf. I like the multileaf, if one leaf breaks axle stays put. With monoleaf if it breaks your done. Wat did it cost to get it rearched tho

Nothing wrong with what you posted if they'll fit, but like 239 said, you could get them re-arched and it would probably be cheaper.

Just read on rearching. People say that they will start sagging again after awhile. Im planning on going with 4 door multileafs packs. Just not sure on where to get them from.

I thought about getting used but dont know how much life they will have before ill have to rip them out and replace them again. Might as well replace with new

My 4 Door had a rather large sag on the left hand side, I bought new leafs for mine, which helped a lot. but it still sags slightly with a full tank of gas.

A local shop rearched both of my explorer's leafs for $80. So far mine haven't started sagging again, they still have the two inch arch they had a month ago. As long as the shop adds enough arch it should hold for a long time. Then again I don't tow anything so there hasn't been any weight but the rear of the vehicle itself on the springs. You should look for a pair of 4 leafs. I know LMC sells them for $99 each new but I'm not sure how well those work. I've read a few posts on here that say they're pretty good but not for adding more than stock height.

If your going to buy new, (and mentioned installing the lift shackles), just get a set of new packs with 2" of lift in them already. These will hold the lift longer (& better) than any other method of lift. These will not change the pinion angle "As" drastic as the shackles will, and save your pinion seal.

Search around, there are a few places that sell assorted amount of lift springs. Some crazy expensive, some very affordable.

So far been very happy with ARB leaf springs. Couldnt stand the monoleaf either. Better ride with the ARB OME Dakar springs. I believe they were around $320 pair plus shipping.

I looked at the ones at lmc. Only $13 more than the john r springs on jcwhitney. Might go with those.

I called a while back and a rep told me they are actually new springs and they had been designed to meet OEM specs when I asked if they where salvaged parts. I almost got the LMC ones but in the end the local option was cheaper for me.
