I have a 93, it leaks from the top of the front windshield above where the rearview mirror is located. I had it fixed once and it worked for about 3-4 years. Just wondering if others with 1ST gen have experienced the same problem

Yep!, same spot too. I have yet to do anything with it though.

I've never had a problem with mine as far as i know, but it's possible it's been replaced or siliconed and i just haven't seen it

Yep, mine leaks right above the passenger side sun visor.

hell, my 95 leaks from above the mirror :shoot:

Our old 92 leaked on the right top after we had the windshield replaced. Water runs down the drain channel and behind the windshield and leaks around the seal. My 94 didn't do it until the windshield was replaced either.
my current 92 doesn't leak, but it still has the original windsheild. So do you guys with a leaking problem have the orig. windsheild?

thats a negative

old 92 leaked more toward the drivers visor but yeah it leaked at the auto car wash

My '92 still has the original windshield and it has never leaked (thanks to God) .

My 94 has never leaked.

Our '92 did leak near the top center of the winshield.

I had the winshield replaced (caught a rock) and it hasn't leaked since. I think i thas been about 100k miles so far.. and still no leak (from the winshield)..

Yup, my 91 leaked above the passenger visor. I think it is a replacement windshield but I dont really know since it would have been done before I bought it. I fixed the leak by peeling back the outside rubber lip on top of the windshield and applying thick silicone beads all across the top under the rubber flap. So far no leaks.
