The cop had to write it partial fault, but even he knew it was her fault by looking at the damage and impact point.

Deff going to look into it; also gonna get 2" RB spacers as some added insurance, if you know what I mean .

I'm just very attached to my car. I prolly spend about 40% of my life in that car between commutes, errands, and playing taxi for the girls. We've had a lot of fun together and parting with would be hard. That and my youngest one wants it fixed because it becomes her's in 3 years lol.

Why dont you try taking her to court, like the peoples court. Even if you lose you get paid which can go toward fixing it.

me and the wife are considering it. Gonna wait n see if SHE tries to sue ME. cuz if she does then i'll counter sue.

What i have going for me is i took pictures of EVERYTHING, both the mounty and her car.

From the looks of the picture the wheel is also bent....so add that into the insurance replacement list. Seems to have a large flat spot on the lip towards the bottom in the pic.

yeah, im not worried about the rim/wheel, i have the full size spare i'll just use.
