left front wheel shake

it always happens to the wife truck but the left front wheel shakes. lifted it up and grabbed a hold and shook it and found nothing loose. any ideas about what could be wrong?

So what you feel is a sensation from the drivers side that feels like the wheel shakes?

When? All times, driving straight at low or high speed, going over bumps, gravel, etc...

Could be a bad shock or coil spring.
