license plate bull bar for lights

Anyone using this type of mount for auxillary lights?
I want to mount a couple of extra lights and this seems like a cheap clean option.

Where did you get your headlights? Thats my main issue with the look of my 98, and i love how those look.

Tman: I got those from Amazon. Not sure I'd order these exact lights again. The look great, and are a big improvement over the stockers, but, installing them in a ROYAL pain in the bunghole, and the tolerances for the turn signal sockets are all just a bit off.

I also didn't wire up the halos on my install.
