yeah i did a 3inch body lift, war153 shackles and a TT and had to do no trimming at all with 33's. of course my wheels are back spaced a little. i bought mine off http://www.suspensionconnection.com
I bought a performance accessories BL for a sport trac from 4 wheel parts. Cost right around 220. Get yourself a set of aftermarket rims that are 15x8 with 3.75in of backspacing. Will make everything alot easier to fit with a 12.5 wide tire.
