Lift for driving, towing and wheeling

How would it affect the vehicle if i loosened then lifted from the torsion bar 2" and put longer shackles in the rear ?? Is this a cheaper non destructive way to lift about an inch or so?? How hard would it be to change the coils to f150 coils?

The low budget side of things. 1 1/2" Lift Rough Country fronts springs which give almost 2". 2" shackle lift in the back. Might need an Add A Leaf to level it out. This combo is around $200 plus an alignment.
