Lift kit opinons

OK i am just wondering i am used to haveing actual suspension lifts and i was thinking about going with a dixon brothers long travel lift but i wanted to hit you all up and see what you all think about superlift and the drop bracket style lifts out there for the 2001 and up rangers with the torsion bars id prefer to go with the coil over conversion but money pending i might have to drop that and go with drop brackets so lets hear the opinons........they are like asswholes everyone has one to lets hear it

I think its because this topic (lift kits) comes up so often... Search a bit and I'm sure you'll find a few hours worth of reading.

did a lil searching and wasnt really coming up with the stuff i was really tryingt to get but ill do a bit more digging and see what i find

If you want a LT style 4x4 kit then dixon bros is really your only option. The problem is the cv axles, they need to be custom made and that starts to get expensive very very quickly.

yea with dixon brothers your looking at 5200 just for the front end lift that dont count the 1000 im looking at for the rear and about another grand in tires....im was sorta trying to see what all kinds of lifts people have saw and what there opinons there are on how they work right now the only other lift i am finding for a 2005 fx4 is a superlift that is 3-4" i mean i dont mind going that way but i was really hoping there be more options then just one company and i cant seem to find anyone else who makes a lift for the newer rangers ya know what im saying

Superlift and RCD are proabably your only other choices for a lift for the 4wd IFS front end.

Yea i want to really go with one of thoose two but i mean if im gunna go that route and actually spend that much money im going to just go ahead SAS but right now i think im just going to settle for the superlift as soon as i get my other truck sold
