spring over axle on an explorer will net you ~5 - 5.5 inches of lift. perfect to match the front. Superlift makes a SOA bracket that doesnt require welding, although welding new perches is cheaper.

yeah those are 33x10.50. i cant wait to see it with the rockcrawler wheels and my winch bumper on it.

Looking for a lift

hey just found this thread and well since i am also a little new to having an explorer i was just wondering if anyone could help me out with some lift options. I have a 98 explorer everything stock but im looking to somehow lift it 4-6 in for a farely low price if thats even possible. I already have shackles on the back which helped fixed teh saggy rear but i would love to be able to put 33s on it eventually. So if anyone has any suggestions about lifting the front or rear whether it be springs leafs or any method please just let me know.
