I'm not sure it's safe to go more than 2" with a TT if you have AWD/4WD. And for the shackles I'd go with 2" lift and an add-a-leaf.

My opinion:

I got 2" from my bars without keys (they settled out to about 1 3/4" final measurement) and used an AAL on the rear. Fit 32's with no rubbing and no fender trimming, and retained lock to lock steering even with mild flex. 3" TT is gonna chew up CV's like crazy. But, every truck is different. Search around, you'll get a TON of ideas.

dont do it, anything more that 2" and you will implode the CV shafts, but remember that most explorer's are 1" lower in the rear

I Think I read you can do 32's on 2" with trimming

I seriously doubt those S10 shackles will fit. Don't be cheap buy the Warrior shackles for an Explorer.

Torsion key lifts are a waste of money.

i did some research and s10 leaf springs are 2.5 inches wide as are explorer leaf springs, so why wouldnt they work?

They could be shorter

Just because they are the same width doesn't mean they will work. Did you check the bolt hole diameter?
