Would a set of 3" spindles for a 99-05 ranger edge work in my 98 x? If not would any of the ranger ones work? or is there some difference?

i nkow the ranger edge used bigger brakes however i dont know if their spindles would work.... there are actually spindles made for the explroer though, might wnat to look into those

yeah, i know. i can only find those with a full kit (AAL and shocks). I just need the spindles. it is easy to find sheap ranger ones on ebay so i am hoping some of those fit us too

Yes they will work, the spindles made for Explorers are exact same as the Rangers.

i just ordered the 3.5'' lift spindle kit for an edge today :)

nice, so i am going to order those now. Oh, yeah boomin, that seller floridagirl aka davidmmm69 didnt ship after i payed her/him. So now i have to deal with that too.

wtf man thats gay. There is a set on ebay ending today for 200$

from that site you cant buy them right? gotta just find somewhere selling them with that part # or something? would you guys imagine that it's best just to go with the kit if you dont already have shocks or should you just buy the spindles and some other shocks?

i personaly already did shocks (rancho rsx) and so i want to stick with them. I had a torsion twist and shackles but i dont like the TT very much so i am going to the spindles. I bought the ones on ebay for $200 today. I think the kits come with ES3000 and an AAL, the ES3000s are kind of an entry level shock and you would be happier with something a little nicer, I would also like shackles better than AAL so the back is smooth

Hello everyone,
I have a '91 Sport unit, I like it a lot ! ! !
I'm considering a suspension lift this summer and I have a question about the front coils and related components.
Do I have to buy specific OEM oversized coils, or can I go out and get a set from a jobber ?..., oh, and by the way.., can I go out and buy a front-end suspension lift kit ?

Thanks for now..,
later

to my new and very seemingly enegetic friend. For answers to all and more of your questions, simply "search" This sites search is actually pretty good and easy to find what your lookin for and more.

Thanks, I'll search around some more. And I know this sounds dumb, but, can anyone tell me what a spindle lift is ?
