Nice find man. I just picked up a set of 15x10 Ultra polished aluminum wheels exactly like those for $80 off CL.

I think these are 15x8 because the tires are 33x11.50s. I likem thought they don't rub as much as the 12.50s I had before! Gonna wear these out and powder coat wheels black when I hav to replace the tires. Black looked alot better! Fig I hav til then to do my BL it's still sittin n my spare bedroom staring at me every time I go in there.

Yeah, definitely glad it was only a few hundred yards from my bed.
Here's the going in part. You can see how it went from solid ground to soup in no time. Surprised I got as far as I did. When I stopped, I stopped solid.

Got it out tonight. We hooked the winch up again and killed the battery in the Z71. Hooked the tractor to the front of the Cheby and dug in with the tractor. Finally got it moving and eventually got to solid ground.
Got some bad shake on the road now. Got some major cleaning to do tomorrow.
The bad news: I'm kinda worried about the suitability of the area to put a septic tank. Gonna have to get that checked out soon. The land was planted with soybeans by the previous owner and was pretty boggy. I didn't know that before I went driving through the trees. Oops.
Damn that is deep. good to see you got it out though. Hopefully all those new front end parts are ok.

Haha it's all good. I'm having it done at a friends fab shop in VA. Still have to get the steering in.

Where's this steel rear bumper Patrick? I'll be welding the hitch onto my steel bumper as soon as I get one good Saturday or Sunday. It's 16 degrees out with wind chill of 0 now and snowing so its not gonna happen today.

Right now it's in my dreams lol. It's cold in VA right now too. Well sorta, 25 with about 10mph winds but we got our snow last night so it's sunny out now. I think I'll build sliders first since they will be a little simpler and I'll be learning how to weld. I'd rather have a nice looking bumper that will hold up if I ever get rear-ended.

Trust me, a bumper really isn't what you should worry about if you get rear ended with your lifted Trac (I speak from experience). I had the factory bumper on last year when I got rear ended and it absorbed most of the impact but the tire carrier and bracketry I built saved the bed. Unless you get rear ended by a fullsize pick up you need to worry about the vehicle driving under your truck and taking out the suspension and other parts like what happened to me last year. I actually had to put it in 4hi and drive down off of the car.

Thats true although I do mostly live in SC where most vehicles are trucks and SUVs. They went way under yours but having to kick it in 4wd is crazy.
