lifters

hey im looking for some after market lifters i have recently put in a 256HR Comp Cam and im tring to find lifters for it because the stock lifters keep on leaking and it is causing a clater when it has been parked for a while. my engine was gest recently rebult and new lifter were instaled one already to try and solve this problem but it still prosedes. :thumbdwn:

you sure it isnt a rocker? rockers on these engines are often the problem. Both the rockers and lifters suck.

I don’t think it’s the rockers because the sound goes a way it’s like the cam is putting to much presser on the lifters and there leaking down when the vehicle sits. So when the engine starts up the lifters fill with oil again and the noise goes away.
