Hi, I am wanting to put a light bar on my 99. I plan on making one of the $10 light bars bc they are pretty low profile and I was wanting to put rectangle lights on the bar bc I think they look better but think that a 6" round light would work better. Does anyone have pics of the light output of any light bar. Im just currious to how well they work.

SummitRacing.com has them, just search FF75. They're pretty expensive.. :\

And the driving are legal, as well as the fogs, (I Think). BUT, where I have them placed they are NOT legal in the state of Virginia to drive with, they're too high up. Not sure about other states.. However I use them on the back roads all the time, I just make sure to turn them off when oncoming traffic approaches.

The driving lights POUND the road with light, I'm talking football fields away.. I was a little disappointed with the fogs though, the beam pattern is super thin but makes up for it by being extremely wide angled.

So thoses lights are worth the money. The set up that I have now is 55w 6000k in my high and 35w 6000k in my fogs and I have a set of 6" pro comp spots that are soon to be 55w 5000k. With these mounted were u have them do u think they will do any good.

100 watt 6 inch on my light bar that is like the $10 one, and they are pretty bright,,

The cheapest I have found the FF75 are $79 a set which isnt to bad if the results are going to be like those above. But they also have the FF50 which are a little more oval but according to Hella's site they have almost twice the seeing distance but they will just not look as good.

Very nice lights. Does the picture overplay it or are they actually that bright? I know the outside ones are FF75's but what are the two inner Hella models? Probably going to have to buy a kit of both :)

It overshoots, but not by very much at all. Both the before and after pictures were taken at the same Fstop, exposure and shutter speed. So if you can imagine a brightly moonlit night, use the first photo as a comparison/judgement call.

They're both FF75's, Inside are driving, outsides are fog.. they both come in clear and blue lenses.

That's what I thought. How bright are they on a scale of 1-10 and what other lights would you recommend? I'm looking for the brightest/best in that price range.

I needed low profile lights to keep the factory style appearance I'm going for on my truck. I'd say for being rectangular, flat, low profile, only 55w they're easily an 8-9.

I went for form just a little over functionality when I bought them, however I'm EXTREMELY impressed with their performance. But, if you want true performance for cheap -er, look into Light Force lights.

I'm trying to go for the same look myself. Round lights up top would look to big and bulky in my opinion. Plus the rectangular lights seem to throw out a wider beam pattern.

So overall you'd definitely recommend these?
