i just ordered mine this morning....sterling gray metallic with charcoal black leather interior. not sure if that helps to make your decision, but i am not changing mine, haha!
hopefully we can get our XLT in 6-8 weeks!!! i expected the worst, so i will give it 3 months.
Lucille, you've made my day. I love that you actually took the time to plan out grabbing some duct tape for grey and kleenex for white against your seat.
Thank you so much, it was very sweet of you to do that.
Mine is this color.. I love the fact that it's two tone on the dash/doors, and the color is great. I consider it exactly in the middle of grey and light tan, the carpet I ordered to cover my custom sub box is a grey color and matches the carpet on the back of the rear seats almost exactly.
I thought I was ordering a light grey similat to my former Highlander. Turns out Light Medium Stone is closer to a tan colour than grey. I can live with it since I wanted a 2 tone colour inside. I just placed my order for Husky mats and cargo liner in black.

Simple answer is 'both'. The carpet is black but the back cargo area is the light tan color to match the seats and back of the seats. The Husky mats and cargo liner are available in only black or grey.
