Limited seats in a piu 2015

I have limited seats that are cooled and I can’t seem to get the power to work on my driver side, when I plug the passenger seat into my driver side plug the seat works but when I plug the diver seat in it’s a no go, there’s also an extra plug port which I’m assuming is for the cooling feature. Please help

Have you checked to make sure there is power at the driver's side plug?

if you have limited seats, they're almost 100% likely to have a memory drivers seat. you'll need to rewire the driver seat, bypass the memory module to return to straight electric/switch, and then wire in a manual toggle switch somewhere if you want to make the cooling fans work.
