limited slip test????

ok thanks king,

but how hard would it be to put that LS in or wouls i need to know what i am doing? backspaceing and stuff?

2nd i know you can weld a rear diff to make it locked but it will loss most streetablity, but can i weld my front diff and still be a DD?

Not unless you like changing U-joints. Every corner you take will cause massive driveline bind-up.... you'll eat u-joints like Cookie Monster eats Cookies. You'll also want stock in Dana Corporation to recoup some of your annual losses in u-joint expenses.

Lincoln-locking the front end of a DD is a bad idear.

I wouldn't want to weld the front...maybe the rear if it was a trail rig, but I'd never weld the front. If you want a cheap locker for the front, get an Aussie (I think they started making them for d35, right?) or a powertrax loc-rite. If you want a nicer one, the powertrax no-slip and some others are out there and kind of act like a limited slip when turning and until it's needed. It is however, about 380+ bucks for that one. The loc-rite and Aussie lockers are more in the 180-230 range.

Same here. I hear about too many failing LS, I'm just getting a damn locker.
