lincoln embrace not working properly??

hi everyone I recently
purchased a 2022 aviator
reserve, finished in white metallic with a sandstone gut. I have to say lincoln did a great job. My previous car was a 2018 jaguar f pace prestige.
nice car but no comparison to what the aviator offers. and I've driven jags since 86.
my issue is regarding the lincoln embrace feature
which to my understanding is standard in my car. all the functions seem to activate when you use the remote or approach the car except for the lincoln welcome mat that is projected from the mirrors. has anyone experienced this problem ? hate to have any one touch it (aka dealer)
I know it's a 22 but thought the 21s probly have it also. any info will b greatly appreciated

Welcome to the Forum.
This is the first such issue reported regarding the "Welcome mat". I have it on mine. Do the areas of the door handles light up?
Have you confirmed that the Welcome Lighting is turned ON? I don't know if that controls all welcome features or not as I've never checked it out.
This is from my 2020 Manual;
Note: If you enable auto-fold and then you
fold the mirrors in to the door window glass,
the welcome mats do not turn on.
