Hi Folks,
I have been reading this great forum since 2002. I have a 1994 Explorer XLT and a 1999 Explorer XLT. I have gained a great deal of advice and information form this forum and I continue to enjoy reading it. I work for a Chrysler dealership and have a 2008 Grand Cherokee in addition to the Explorers. Having owned several Jeeps and several Explorers, I can honestly say that first and second generation Explorers were great vehicles that had surprising off road capabilities.
I have been reading this forum for years and Gerald Garret is one of my heroes for the way he took a super clean Explorer and ran just about very hard trial in America that I can name. I don't get off road much myself, but I love reading the stories and seeing the pictures of you guys that do get out there and test your rigs and prove your skills.
Thanks for making this one of my favorite places on the internet.
Jeff
