That's just mean. Where did you find it?

I think it would look a lot better with all that junk off of it; all the lights, blackouts, bug deflector...come on, on a truck that high, you dont need a bug deflector. Maybe a bird deflector.

i was looking for x pics on kazza and ended up with that and a few good f-150 pics.

Wow! Look at the angles on those tie rods!

I love it when you black out the headlights, but then add 14 lights to the roof.

Looks like a half truck to me, half functional, half BS.
Put all the BS up for sale on Ebay and go wheel whats left........

..whats wrong with wheelin in style ?? :afro:

Oh dont get me wrong man, I have leather seats and chrome rims on my truck, but there are some things that just scream "IT WAS COOL IN THE 80's" like Oakley Blades.........

black out guards for lights. Lights are to see, why tint them?

The chrome sticker stuff on the sides, that crap just gets scratched and peels.

It's a great looking truck and if its setup right a hell of a beast off road, but I bet its all show and no go, probably even a 4 banger under the hood........

Ok, ill have to agree with the blackouts and chrome. And if it is a 4 banger under there i would slap the owner... if you have the $$ to do that you gotta have at least a 6.

But sometimes the "junk" does stuff too. like people have given me crap bout my roof rack..... but in the summer its used for bikes and winter the ski racks go up.

i got a few comments bout my decals, and other minor things as well that people tell me i should "lose"... my responce is always "you dont have to drive it".

my philosophy is build a truck for yourself. i have found that 33%like what you do, 33% dont like, and 33% dont care... so make yourself happy with what you have.

Ah heck I was wrong I was thinking it was this Ranger promoting fabritechs SAS Kit

I work with the guy in the first picture. He's got a 302 in it and now it's a show truck. Up until about a couple years ago it wasn't but now it is. It's just plain HUGE.

so mudders and 302 are for SHOW?

Wow.

To me a show would be to see it function off road, thats the kind of show it was built for!

It is a nice truck for sure, just needs less bling bling and more mud

Yeah I agree. He does drive it a lot though. He says it tough to drive in down the street because it takes up more than one lane.

He did a burn out after a show one day and twisted his driveshaft like a pretzel. I didn't think a 302 had enough power to roast 44s but I guess it does.

AMEN, brother!!!

Just to stir up the pot, blackouts have save my very expensive 'yota headlights on the trail once.

hey NOTAJP!!! I run Hella H4 5x7' headlights. Talk about expensive! $60-80 each!

I also have some PIAA 1500's on the front bumper.

Well in Colorado they use gravel on the roads for ice, and this kills headlights and windshields.....

I didnt think much of it, having only to replace one Hella headlight in 2 years, then all of a sudden in one weeks time I broke 2 headlights and 1 PIAA!!!

That cost me almost $300!!!!!!!!

So I found a solution......3M CLEAR BRA!!!!!

I got a scrap piece of 3M clear bra just big enough to do both headlights and both ffog lights from a local tint shop for $5. I took my headlights out and PIAA lenses inside and covered them all with the stuff.

2 years later, not a single chip/scratch or anything. NO yellowing, no peeling, the stuff works AWESOME!!!!!

If it was legal I would do my windshield, of course the wipers may not work so great on it, but it is perfect for headlight lenses.......

My buddy has a late 90's yota Cruiser and I know a headlight assembly for that bad boy was like $250.....$5 of clear bra could save you $$$$$$ big time......

Hey Jamie! Been a while since I chatted with you. That's a great idea. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the cheap trick. Take care,
