looking for a cheap and easy way to get a lift for a 1999 ford explorer

does anybody know how to put in or get a cheap and easy lift not a body lift suspension lift just to get rid of rear sagging and to maybe put on 31????????????

yep, it's easy,,, torsion twist and add a leaf, maybe shackles, and 31's will slide right under,, no problem,
search torsion twist, it;s even free, and warrior shackles too, not free, but not expensive,,
