I’ve had a 2001 4.0 as well as a 2004 4.0 explorer but just recently purchased a 2010 4.6 3v limited. Looking for any helpful info related to the car but mainly performance upgrades. Anything helps, thanks !

Depending on how serious you are, Brenspeed has performance packages from cold air intakes to full Roush supercharger packages. Very dependable performance people. See link below.
Otherwise a good ECU tuner such as a SCT x4 to enhance what you have.
