Driving home from work i lost a wheel...

Got AAA to tow it home (pics are in my driveway)

went out and got new lugs for that wheel, and got the wheel back on and torqued. Also took this time to check all my other wheels. Took it for a test drive, and it seems like i didnt do too much damage to the rotor as it is brakeing normally, and dosent pulse or anything.

Luckily i was only doing around 30 when it came off, but the wheel rolled down the hill and ended up in someones bushes

Inspect the studs real well.
Or just replace all five of them.

If the wheel wobbled on its way off, ( which it likely did ) the studs could have gotten stess and force put on them they may not have liked to have had.

MONMIX gave you some great advice.

i checked em over, and they seem to be in good shape. Im gunna keep an eye on em for awhile though... I torqued the lugs, and drove it up and down the street a couple times, and they stayed torqued. Havent driven it other than that. but we'll see how it goes

Reminds me of a time I was following some black guy in his oldschool cutlass lifted on some 24's or something making fun of how broke his car was, when all of the sudden his front right wheel rolled off the interstate. His car skidded, I pulled over soley to watch him run and retrieve his wheel which was by now, probably ruined.
