Lost my cruise control.

I've got a 2000 Explorer Sport, and I've lost my cruise control. Any idea where I need to start for trouble shooting?

brake pressure switch the red one under the master? they go bad often.

post #2 shows it.

easy way to test it jump the switch out with something like a 15 amp fuse. and see if cruise control works. this is also the switch that is part of the recall. or was.
