I recently changed out a broken light bulb for the check oil light in the dash and once I did, the light stays on all the time when driving. I checked the wire to the sensor and when that didn't have an effect, I replaced the sensor in the oil pan. After all that, the light still comes on. I had a source tell me that there was a relay for this behind the passenger kick panel but I looked all around, behind the computer, and I still could not find it. Is there actually a relay? And where is it located on my 92 Sport. I'm just trying to get this stupid light to work when its suppose to. Any help is appreciated.

Don't know if this is your relay. There is a relay behind the glove box on the left hand side on the 91s that I never figured out. It's a pretty flimsy installation. Squeeze the sides of the glove box and it drops down.

I don't see the low oil circuit in Haynes, so I can't say whether it's relay driven or straight from the switch.
