Did some searching - not coming up with much. Is there a kit available or has anyone figued out how much to cut from the springs and if anything else needs done? I want to take 1-1.5" out of my STA.

I sent an email to Eibach requesting they could use my 2010 STA as a guinea pig. I guess if we bombard them with e-mail requests, they'll get off their butts and make something for us!

tmsoko. Nice truck but get some window tint man !!!!!

Yeah yeah - that will come, now that the weather has broken!

Need to get 1 to 1.5" of height out of this though. Not finding a thing, other than cutting up my stockers. Was hoping I wouldn't need to start a science project for this.

just bouught 07 limited ST & definitely want to lower 1"/2" bad

Only thing I have found is a guy on mysporttrac.com that had custom springs made - $800 or so. Ouch... Not sure what I will do.

Sweet truck - ready the build thread on mysporttrac. Let me know what he wants for them. They dropped it about 1.5", right?

Also, what size tires are you running?

Quietlakeguy,
Tell us about the aftermarket grill in your STA

Those of you who have had springs, have you talked to the manufacture about the spring rate. As in what the factory and the aftermarket rates are? I have tried to reverse engineer it, but it is a guess at best...

I know some of you may think this is beating a dead horse and all, but I was hoping one of the indivduals who had the "custom" spring sets made may know the rates. I am now waiting for some factory pieces to arrive so I can engineer an adjustable coil over set up. I just can't tear my vehicle down and send springs out for testing. I have this on my LSA suspended Cobra and a couple of 4wd/off road Rangers in the past. I think we can get these things to handle much better and not lose any or much of the ride quality. Not to mention height adjustment to boot.
