Luggage rack removal question.

New user, great site! I am wanting to remove the useless luggage rack off the roof. Will I have leaks if I remove the rack? Thanks!

Rivits on a 3rd gen? :scratch: Are we talking about a 4dr Ex 02-05?

Working off a broad assumption based on 99% of the vehicles I have seen.
IF there are rubber strips between the outter rails, the vast majority of the time they are rivited in place.

Got it! No rivits on this one... that's probably why they fall apart so easily.
