Luk clutch kit

We just installed a Luk Clutch kit, new flywheel, and a new slave cylinder. After bleeding (4 times now), the clutch is still really soft and the friction point is still just off the floor, less than 1/2 inch.. Any ideas as to why, or the next diagnostics step? Thanks

Did you get air in the master cylinder?

No, we made sure the fluid level in the reservoir stayed topped off.

Yes! Bench bleed whole system first, then bleed once installed. Like our brake system, can be very tricky to get right but it can be done. With Patience and time you will get it right.

Bad slave is possible if it's aftermarket. I've seen brand new ones just never be right.

I know i had problems until in inverted the master cylinder to completely bleed the system.
