I have a 04 sport trac wit a 4.0sohc. I have a 5r55e in it right now and i want to swap it out for the m5od r1 hd what parts do i need to complete the swap plz help

This is from a 1st gen 4-door but your Sport Trac should be fairly similar mechanically and in parts:
