Mach Audio Help

Hey. I actually have a 98 mountaineer but either way I have a Mach Audio with 8" sub. And it blew. So i took the little cargo panel off to replace it. I finally got the speaker GRILL off now how do i get the speaker itself out? I dont have to take the whole rear panelling out do i?

The speaker itself is held on by screws. I think there should be 6 or 8 screws...I'm not sure because I have the 6 1/2" stock sub instead of the 8".
