Hey all, just hit 75k last night on my way home. Was wondering if there is anything special i should do to make this baby last me my next 75k. Have always done the oil filter lube every 3k miles, new-ish tires always rotated every 3k etc etc. No real major repairs required so far, was wondering if theres anything i should check up on.

I am almost there myself and here is some of the things I am doing, it may be an over kill, I normally do, but better safe than sorry.
New Belt
New Hoses
New Ball Joints
New O2 sensors
New Plugs and Wires

you may wanna check your plugs out and see what the condition of those are

Since your truck is 4 years old, it would be a very good idea to do fluids. These are more important than hoses, IMO.

-Transmission pan drop and filter
-Power steering fluid
-Engine Coolant <<<Definitely worth it!
-Front and Rear axles
-Transfer Case

If you're ambitious, change out the brake fluid. It looses effectiveness if it absorbs moisture, and can also harm brake system components if it begins to carry water.
