Major Engine Problem, PLease Help

jeez...can i say i had my cam tensioner and jack shaft(i think) replaced by for a few years ago and now the past two weeks the thing is very noticably loud. i mean rattling around town... i cant hear it on highway. but can these fail that soon or could it be something else? the motor has 124k and still runs very good except for the rattle.

There a lot of parts in there which can need attention. Likely your engine needs different parts replaced.
