Major hesitation!!

When I down shift do go around a turn , I get a bunch of hestation. Also, when i'm goin through the gears in the bottom end of the gear its very hesitant to pick up the power. sounds sometimes like it's makin noise comin from up front too. i had a clooged cat on my Bonneville, and it sems like the same thing, any suggestions?

I can try to guess but without more information, it's kind of a shot in the dark. The first thing that comes to mind in this case is spark plugs and wires.

Have you cleaned your MAS? So many possibilities, so little info provide. How may miles, what kind of maintenance done, etc. would be helpful...
