Hey I was wondering if anyone had seen this before? http://awshifting.com/controller.htm
The guy says he can adapt the system for other transmissions. What do you guys thing about this?

I have heard good things about them from people running them in mjs and xjs. If he could make a kit for the explorer I would buy one in a heartbeat.
 






I've always wondered if there was a way to do this, that would be sweet if it worked for explorer
 






I wonder how that deactivates the PCM error codes when the actual gear doesn't match what the PCM wants.
 






Alright well the guy said he should be able to make the kit. He just needs diagrams of the electrical system for the explorer. Anyone have any pics already scanned we can send him?

He needs some electrical diagrams. Anybody got any that would be of any use to him? I don't have a scanner and I can't find any online. Anyone have any already scanned that I can send him?
 






I will see if I have the diagrams for the tranny, if you have a digital camera and some lights you could always take a picture of your diagrams. I have had good success doing that with as little as a 3m camera with a decent macro mode.

But I will check to see if my amco manual has the wiring diagram.
