Have you ever spent quite a bit of time working/replacing parts, get all done and it still looks the same ?

Last week, I have replaced the following for preventive maintenance:

Ball Joints, upper control arms, inner and out tie rods.
Serpentine belt, tensioner and idler pulley.
Engine oil, transmission fluid and filter, transfer case fluid, rear end fluid.
Flushed cooling system, new hoses upper and lower.
PCV valve and the darn elbow (replaced last year, don't buy dorman elbow)
Replaced front driveshaft CV joint (3rd one in 3 years, don't buy dorman replacement)

Just replaced shocks and rear springs, couple of weeks ago.

I think it's ready for first trip of the year to the Sand Dunes and beat it like a rented mule. Pics to follow next week.

If it still DRIVES the same, you should be very bummed, and worried!

Imagine what you would have paid a reputable shop or dealer for the work. "Looks" better now doesn't it? ;) Enjoy!

Good point 429CJ & SWSHawaii, it does ride and drive much nicer. I would hate to see a bill for the above.

It will be nice to enjoy the truck this weekend, hopefully not working on it.
