2000 Ranger XLT 4WD 3.0L pushrod. This morning got down to about zero degrees. WHen I started to drive my truck shifting felt difficult like it was cold. Five blocks away in the day care lot the symptoms worsened and now I cannot shift in or out of gears. The clutch was replaced 3 years ago. The manual algorithm leads to either the master or slave clutch cylinder. I see no leaks. How do I diagnose this?

Try re-bleeding the system again. The best method that worked best for me is with one of those "self brake bleeder" with clear tubing and plastic bottle to collect the fluid.
