Yeah, the screenname pretty much says it all. Its what I do. I have spent the last few years paying for bread and milk (and the occasional toy or two) by buying and renting/selling houses. It was a great way to become my own boss and gives me plenty of time to devote to more important things in life like my family instead of working 9-5.
