MCGB5T-14A073-BA discontinued?

I looked up this cable in FOMOCO and they said it was discontinued: MCGB5T-14A073-BA
It goes from front to back and they nicely cut all the wires as you can see.
I also noticed a red box that looks like some type of a hot connector box. I'll have to see if it is direct to the battery or fused.
How do I find out what this cable is for/from?

Part number is actually GB5T-14A073-BA, MC = Motorcraft

It doesn't exist on the AutoNation site and the Ford site says it is invalid or obsolete. No luck with a Google search either.

That’s an engineer part number. You would need the service part number for it to show up online.
