Nothing legal in Maryland except a few state parks in western Maryland.. Basically we're screwed in this state.

Damn. Where in western MD....its worth a day trip up there for some fun.

And any close places in PA/WV? I used some local roads around my area and get covered in mud...but I want a trail thats fun.
