Hello, I've been looking at this site for a while now and it has been a great experience when problems arises with my Fords, found help every time. However, I'm having a he'll of a time finding this part # and name. The SUV is a 2008 Mercury Mountaineer v6 Premier,130,000 miles. Well a week ago I noticed a coolant leak from the thermostat housing, so I replaced it no problem. I know they are notorious for this. I also noticed though that the metal tube coming from the top of the housing unit was leaking as well. The thing is I can't find it anywhere, a name, part number or anything. Its a simple fix I assume. There's the thermostat unit, then a rubber angled tube, then the metal tube that goes behind the alternator, which then goes into another rubber tube. I would greatly appreciate some help with this. Thanks

My 2006 explorer was leaking from the same pipe a few years ago, I just got a longer piece of the same diameter hose and eliminated the pipe behind the alternator, and wrapped that section of hose behind alternator with a 1 foot long piece of the old hose that I slit to protect it from rubbing
