Merry Christmas from a new member

On my 3rd Explorer now, no real problems except the hood corrosion...it's a 2016 Limited. Been a car guy for along time now.

1998 XLT, 2002 Limited had the German V-6 & loved that car until my daughter totaled it only 24K on the 2016 limited

wow, nice!!!!!!! 98 xlt here original sohc and 5r55e still pulling strong at 325k and the 02 seems tough too! best of luck with the 16

Here's the classics. The Blue one is a 68 w/454HO that was completely gone over it has a TKO600 5sp, upgraded suspension, 373 posi rear, dyno 550lbs of tq at the rear wheels. The red one has the same suspension & trans w/3:55 rear, 383 stroker which has more HP than the 454 but no where near the TQ. The Dodge has a 340 stroked to 406 hi compression alum heads, a truck trans w/3:55 dana 60, North of 500hp easily. Fun to drive & it gets around 6mph. The pic of the engine is the 340 before was rebuilt looking for a pic of the new engine. Just rebuilt my computer & the pic's are probably on another drive.
