MFT software upgrade...WOW

OK wow, I got the version after 2.8.... whatever its called. just came out. My dealer took three days to install it and a new module had to be installed but the new version is 10x faster. It boots up in a few seconds. Touch responses are fast and the sound option has a few new features than my old version

I take that back... It is V2.8 according to SYNCMYRIDE

i have a feeling that it is the new module that might have been more influence on the fast speed.... just my opinion. either way, it's good to see it working for some of us. I can't complain either, besides being just a tad slow (IMO), since upgrading to 2.8 i have not had a blackout or reboot at all. i hope it stays that way!!!

Did you get a part number on that new "Module"? Was it the APIM that was replaced? I'm really hoping that does the trick on mine.

They swapped the APIM on mine but things did not improve...
