Here is what happened. Im driving my 00 Mountaineer, and then I notice the MIL has came on. Then I notice that the A/C is not blowing out the dash vents, but instead is blowing on the defrost vents. When I let off the gas, it once again begins to blow out the dash vents and not the Defrost vents. I am assuming it has some sort of vaccum leak. Is this a common problem? Has anyone else had this problem?

I looked under the dash on the passenger side, and noticed right off that there was a vacuum line not hooked up to a blend door or something. Looked like someone had pulled it off with their shoe. This could have also been the reason for the check engine light. Im going to reset the light tomorrow, and see if it sets it again. The A/C seems to be fixed so far. I will update it tomorrow after the commute to and from work.
