'Moab Edition'?

Re: Thanks for the moral support, Ray!

You really did some great things with your almost stock rig. Telling you the truth; I'm not worried at all, we "stockers" just need to drive a little bit better than the guys with the big dawgs :D In your case: If you drive now with your new set-up with the same finesse you did before, you will be unstopable!

The reason for my post was actually that I thought it's pretty funny the way they try to make a definition, which criteria you need to fullfil for qualifying for the "Moab Edition" sticker. Why not just saying: if you have made a trail in Moab with your Explorer with whatever set-up, you qualify for the sticker. Period.

I would never have the idea of putting a moab sticker on my Ex-Defender without having been there.

I just noticed on your pics that your exhaust was exiting on it's original location. You never had any problems with it? I already dug mine in the dirt once and was thinking to relocate it, let it exit on the side just behind the wheel.

Michael,
I agree with you on the only criteria should be "been there, done that" I already have my Moab sticker on the back window.

The tail pipe, Well, I have just been lucky so far, but I intend to remedy that soon, since I will be getting a Cat-back system. I will have them bend the exhust out to the side.

He still has his tail pipe because he hasn't been on any tough trails yet. Dead Link Removed

I too have dug mine in several times and enough to bend it clear to the back of the tire in front of the rear "rocker panel". It now exits right above and before the axle out in front of the rear wheel. I can snap a photo if you want as if it was that neato.
