More torque and MPG in 09 for V8?

I noticed that Ford is advertising more torque (315 ft-lbs) on the 4.6L for 09. They also upped the City MPG to 15. Does anyone know how they achieved this? I assume it's a different tune?

Good question....those are the same increases they are saying for the 2010 4.6 V8. With that they are getting the gains from a "CAI".
