My 1996 shoc explorer 90,000km has a bad engine rattle on start up , only when the motor is hot .
I hate to say it but it sounds like a 200,000 km diesel engine but when i use a 20w60 oil a lot of the rattle has gone .
Its not the timing chain adjusters as they have been done twice now and the rattle is coming from the bottom end of the motor.
TIME TO SELL!

kkm filter,p+4 plugs,jacobs spark leads ,2 1/2 dynomax muffler
Redline oils,waterwetter,hiclone air intake,
100lit longe range fuel tank,spair wheel carrier,add a leef,10.5x15 tyres.
