motor swap

I am thinking of getting a motor out of a recently wrecked 2008 f150 to put into my 2004 sporttrac. the motors are both 4.0 v 6. the sporttrac is 4wd the f150 is 2wd. Are there any problems that I may encounter??? like will the wiring harness match up, any troubles with the trannie, motor mounts etc.

They never made a 4.0 for the F150s

The F150 will be a 4.2L v6. Late model Mustangs have the 4.0L and there is info here on using that long block.
